These workouts are for INTERMEDIATE AND ABOVE fitness levels and people wishing to build their understanding of Kickboxing along with workout intensity. If you’ve never tried kickboxing before, this is not recommended. There are no tutorials with these workouts and aren’t intended to be for beginners. If you know the basics, have at it and enjoy! As you know, you’ll get out what you put in, therefore you can make them as challenging as you wish and ease off the pedal accordingly.
