This module looks at the ins and outs of things used within Circuit Training session delivery.

(sometimes, certain browsers do not allow the presentation that’s below. The video will cover everything within the presentation so don’t worry!!)

There is an assessment at the end of this module that requires 80% to pass in order to move forward to the live workshop & assessment day(s).
