This course requires a completed workbook.
This is the most important document to complete, if you want to pass this course. This is what we send to the awarding body to verify and issue your national certificate.
It’s pretty self explanatory when you see the contents. You’re to populate this as you work through the lessons online and practice at your local gym.
You can of course contact us at support and/or your direct tutor an any time to ask us any questions regarding it, however, we’re simply not going to just give you the answers [insert laugh out loud emoji here].
You WILL NEED to print and bring this document with you on the live workshop. Copies will NOT be issued on the day and you need the assessor to sign it off if you want to pass.
There are two options.
Option 1
The full workbook. You’ll either need to print the document and bring it along on the day OR complete the word document version and email it to your tutor.

Option 2.
Print and take thew following Assessment Document. These are for the practical assessment component of the course. The lesson 4.02 holds the rest of the workbook for you to complete online and submit instantly.
