Welcome to Marc Edwards’ Fitness Site – my fitness site
I’ve been a personal trainer for over a decade. Throughout this time I’ve been lucky to work with, train with and been taught by some of the forerunners in the UK’s fitness industry.
Working today as a PT, I now also work extensively in fitness education all across Europe, the UK and Ireland, training Personal Trainers, Managers & Therapists for large companies like Fitness First, many branches of the Armed Forces, The Police PTIs and The Fire Service.
The coaching I deliver ranges across the board, from nutritional advice and pre and post – natal training, to Extreme bootcamps and how to train fighters. The work I do means I constantly expand my knowledge and educate myself in the latest and best methods of training.
Whether a person is looking to improve movement for their daily tasks, get bigger, stronger, faster for sport or simply to build a reduce risks of getting injured, an understanding of what you want and how to get there will be the first step. Some of the things I can help with are:
